RockSports was formed in 1991 from the ground up, with the idea that growth is earned through hard work and relationship building. With one manual press and a small dryer, the founder, Joe Payton, began building his clientele with local sports teams in Round Rock, Texas – hence the name RockSports. Not settling for local traffic, RockSports pushed into the wholesale apparel business, working with the talented and renowned artist V….Vaughan.

In 1999 RockSports entered the Fundraising industry as a distributor in the Central Texas Area. In 2000 RockSports entered the Fundraising market as a supplier. In 2003 RockSports added new markets, such as Cheerleading, Dance, and Gymnastics. In 2006 RockSports unveiled a new website and online ordering system.
