Capacity:
There is no order too big or too small. RockSports embroiders garment orders in size from 1 to 10,000 pieces. Typical embroidered items are polos/sports shirts, caps, bags, towels, jackets, and robes.
The embroidery process:
When you come to RockSports with an idea and/or artwork there is a process that we like to follow to insure quality embroidery. First you will sit down with a RockSports representative to discuss your artwork to determine whether you want custom artwork or simply digitize your existing artwork or logo. Second, a RockSports artist will digitize your artwork. At this point a RockSports representative will consult you on the best solution based on your budget.
With embroidery the price of your finished garments are determined with the following variables: garment, garment quantity, type of thread, stitch count for artwork per location, sew time, and the digitizing fee.
A little about embroidery:
Digitizing is the process of mapping out the stitches using embroidery software. The digitizer considers texture, thread density, fills, and stitch count to create a unique file that the embroidery machines can read.
The embroidery process continued:
Once the file is created and approved by you, the customer, it is then transfered to the embroidery machine. RockSports will then provide you with the stitch count, the exact pricing, and a sample sew-out. The sew-out will show you how your artwork looks stitched; providing you with actual thread colors, pattern, and background color. Upon approval we will then be ready to run your embroidery order.
Each step requires customer approval. Communication is key in providing efficient turn-around-times without mistakes. A RockSports representative will be sure to answer all of your questions and provide pricing in a way that is easy to understand.
